Before your start to create an effective business and marketing plan for your holistic and spiritual business, it is important to Know Yourself, your shadow and your light, your strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what makes you unique is so important, especially if you are a healer, coach, spiritual advisor or conscious creator. Knowing yourself will also help you decide how much time you can invest per week on your clients, accounting etc. and how much time you will need to invest in the self care necessary to ensure you stay well in mind and body.
