Foundation in Sound and Energy Healing

Welcome to this workshop suitable for complete beginners but also for those who already possess either a foundation or a more advanced knowledge of other holistic therapies. This workshop is the first important step towards you becoming a fully qualified and certified, Advanced Sound Therapy Practitioner. Foundation is prerequisite to all three levels that follow.

Energy

We will cover all the fundamentals of Sound Therapy and Energy Healing, including the importance of connecting with nature, balancing and grounding the chakras/energy centres of the body, conscious breathing and how to give yourself a self-healing treatment with energy healing techniques. This will enable you to bring a greater sense of calmness to your life as you become more centred and empowered and will increase your potential to open your psychic and healing abilities in order to help yourself and others.

In addition you will learn energy healing techniques to help family and friends, people at a distance and even your pets and animal friends, trees and plants.

Sound Therapy

In Foundation we will cover how to select our Sound Therapy tools; wands, mallets, singing bowls and grounding tools for use in a Sound Therapy treatment. You will learn how to safely conduct a healing treatment for self, friends and family, from preparation before a treatment begins, client intake, precautions and contraindications, insurance, aura cleanse, sonic diagnostics to full body treatments, right up to Aftercare advice, Case Histories and more.

Celtic Wisdom

At Foundation level we will also begin our journey into the ancient Celtic Wisdom and Mystery Traditions of our Ancestors.
